The strategic partnership agreement signed between Armenia and China marks a new stage in the relationship between the two countries, Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan said during the Orbeli Forum 2025 in response to a journalist’s question.
“The document on strategic partnership refers to the Crossroads of Peace project as well as to the Belt and Road initiative”, Pashinyan noted.
He added that it was a very impressive visit and a great honor to sign the document together with President Xi Jinping.
Armenia and China have officially signed an agreement establishing a strategic partnership between the two countries.
