Secretary of the Security Council of Armenia, Armen Grigoryan, has met with President of Iran Masoud Pezeshkian during his visit to Tehran.
Grigoryan and Pezeshkian emphasized that both countries are determined to develop the continual dialogue aimed at establishing strategic partnership, according to a press release issued by Grigoryan’s office.
Grigoryan and Pezeshkian discussed “the agreements achieved on August 8, which the Secretary of the Security Council highlighted as an important milestone in the process of establishing peace.”
President Pezeshkian said that the latest high-level contacts between Armenia and Iran, as well as his official visit to Armenia, have contributed to “effectively addressing the existing uncertainties in Iran.”
