Armenia's Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan has sent a congratulatory letter to President of Uruguay Yamandú Orsi on the occasion of the country’s Independence Day.
“On behalf of the Armenian people, I wholeheartedly congratulate you on the occasion of the national day of the Oriental Republic of Uruguay – the Independence Day – conveying wishes of peace and prosperity to friendly Uruguay and the Uruguayan people.
We highly value the friendly relations between our states which are based on mutual respect, trust and shared values. The close political dialogue and high-level mutual visits, which allow us to outline the directions of developing the cooperation between our countries in all areas of bilateral interest, are a testament to the substance and essence of these relations.
