Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian arrived in Armenia on a two-day official visit. He was welcomed at Yerevan’s Zvartnots International Airport by Armenian Deputy Prime Minister Mher Grigoryan.
Ahead of the visit, President Pezeshkian announced that his upcoming trips to Armenia and Belarus aim to enhance the role of Iranian private companies and advance previously agreed joint investment projects. He made the remarks during a high-level meeting focused on Iran’s relations with Armenia and Belarus.
As part of the visit, a business forum will be held in Yerevan on August 19, in the framework of Pezeshkian’s August 18–21 stay in Armenia.
