Nineteen Noncommissioned Officers (NCOs) from the Armenian Armed Forces were in Kansas last month for the ninth annual Phoenix Platoon training with the Kansas Army National Guard! US Embassy to Armenia reports.
From July 14–25, the Armenian NCOs were advancing their skills and learning U.S. best practices, while strengthening the bonds between our peoples.
This annual exchange between the Kansas Army National Guard and the Armenian Armed Forces, which focuses on the development of a professional NCO Corps, is a great opportunity to strengthen interoperability between our forces and deepen the U.S.-Armenia partnership.
