Armenia's Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan has announced that Armenia is on a stable and reliable path of development.
According to the Prime Minister, ensuring the sustainability of the Republic of Armenia and creating the necessary conditions for it has been the primary strategic objective of the government formed after the 2018 Velvet Revolution.
“Despite the existing challenges, our state is moving along the path of development, demonstrating reliable resilience,” Pashinyan said during a press conference.
He noted that, alongside the challenges, unprecedented opportunities have also emerged, and making use of these opportunities will allow Armenia to turn its stability and independence into a practical reality.
“I can now say with confidence that this ideology, the ideology of the real Armenia, is widely accepted among the people of Armenia. It was born in the consciousness of the people and is now yielding concrete results in the form of independence, sovereignty, internal and external stability, the rule of law, and economic growth,” he emphasized.
Pashinyan added that Armenia's international reputation is steadily growing due to the government’s balanced foreign policy.
As evidence of this, he pointed to two major international events to be hosted in Armenia in 2026: the European Political Community Summit and the COP-17 Biodiversity Conference.
“Armenia is a long-awaited partnerboth in the north and in the south, in the east and in the west,” said the Prime Minister.
“Today, we are not just moving towards the future, we are moving into the future. The future begins today. This marks an epochal shift for Armenia,” he concluded.
