Our relations with Russia are in a transformation phase. Nikol Pashinyan stated this during a press conference, addressing the question of what assessment the Prime Minister of Armenia would give to the current state of Armenia-Russia relations.
“My assessment is that our relations with Russia will no longer be the same as they were before. But that does not mean that our relations with Russia should be bad. No, I think that our relations with Russia should be good, in my opinion, much better than we had before,” he said.
