The shops will not sell food from “future” any longer. Specially designated people will follow the quality of the goods. The State Service of Food Safety have introduced the requirements to the shop owners. The quality managers will control the documents of the food, the expiry date, the conversation conditions, the hygiene of the supplier’s vehicle and the employees of the shop.
