A building has collapsed in Gyumri. The noise woke up the residents of the building at the address Ghandilyan 21 in the middle of the night. The ceilings of the third floor of the sixth entrance and of the bedroom of one of the apartments have collapsed. The building is in emergency state 3-4. The City Hall urges the residents to move to the apartments of their relatives temporarily.
