The Turkish Foreign Minister will visit Russia. The Russian Foreign Ministry reported that during the visit, special attention will be paid to the prospects for expanding cooperation in the Transcaucasus, including the lifting of the blockade of transport and communications, as well as the post-conflict reconstruction of the region.
"Russia and Turkey are interested in a peaceful and predictable South Caucasus. This can be achieved through joint efforts within the framework of the 3+3 regional cooperation platform. Russia welcomes the process of normalizing Armenian-Turkish relations. The Russian side is also interested in discussing the development of integration processes in Central Asia," the statement said.
