Armenia's Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan participated in the informal CIS summit in Saint Petersburg, Russia.
The gathering was held at the Hermitage museum complex.
Russian President Vladimir Putin delivered opening remarks, stressing the importance of developing and strengthening cooperation within the CIS, the Prime Minister’s Office said in a press release.
President Putin expressed hope that the partnership would continue to expand next year and extended New Year and Christmas greetings.
Mikhail Piotrovsky, Director General of the Hermitage, accompanied the CIS leaders on a tour of the museum complex, including the Armenian culture and arts hall.
