The Georgian leadership is ready for dialogue with the European Union on any issue to normalize relations, Prime Minister Irakli Kobakhidze said.
“We are open to dialogue with the European Union on any issue, because we believe we are absolutely right. We are ready to conduct open or closed contacts,” he said.
The official reiterated that the demands put forward by the European Commission to repeal the laws on foreign agents and the ban on LGBT propaganda adopted in late August, as well as to release several opposition leaders for refusing to cooperate with the parliamentary investigative committee, are groundless.
