Armenia still doesn’t have a decision on participation in the COP-29 in Baku, Azerbaijan, the Deputy Foreign Minister Vahan Kostanyan has said.
“We don’t have a decision yet. We will properly inform when a decision is made,” Kostanyan told reporters.
He reiterated that the decision on participation or non-participation depends on the Armenia-Azerbaijan negotiations dynamics, including discussions on the return of captives and a peace treaty.
