NKR State Commission on Prisoners of War, Hostages and Missing People reported that all the bodies transferred by Azerbaijani side had signs of torture and mutilation. Karabagh considers this to be a flagrant manifestation of inhumanity, and will pursue that this kind of behavior from Azerbaijani side is severely ondemned by international community and specialized bodies.
