Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov discussed the International Committee of the Red Cross’ (ICRC) humanitarian activities in the region and the peace process with Armenia with the president of the ICRC, Mirjana Spoljaric Egger, the Azerbaijani foreign ministry press service reported.
"During the meeting, it was emphasized that the cooperation between Azerbaijan and the International Committee of the Red Cross is long-term and based on trust, the importance of constant contacts between the parties was noted. The ICRC's humanitarian activities in the region were discussed, the importance of Azerbaijan's support for it was emphasized," the statement said.
