Within the framework of the working visit to California, Ambassador Narek Mkrtchyan met with Karen Bass, Mayor of Los Angeles. The Consul General of Armenia in Los Angeles, Karen Israyelyan also attended the meeting, Embassy of Armenia to USA reports.
"During the meeting, the opportunities for developing bilateral cooperation were discussed.
Ambassador and Mayor also reflected on the Memorandum of Understanding signed between the city of Yerevan and the city of Los Angeles, and within this framework, the potential for cooperation was emphasized," the statement reads.
