Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan stated on Wednesday that during negotiations with Azerbaijan on the resolution of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict, he had not said anything that contradicted his public statements.
Pashinyan made the remarks in response to a statement by Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov, who claimed that the Armenian leader abandoned his constructive approach in the talks in 2019, a year before the war.
“All my positions have been expressed publicly. Since 2018, you have been familiar with my positions and any changes to them. From that day until today, in any negotiation room, I have not said anything that contradicts the positions I have publicly expressed,” Pashinyan told reporters.
