The Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry spokesman stated that the so-called 'Zangezur Corridor' stems from the interests of the region and is not directed against the sovereignty of Armenia.
According to him, one of the important results of the Washington summit on August 8 is the Trump-style TRIPP project, which will strengthen regional ties.
"In accordance with the agreements reached at the White House, on September 5, delegations of the two countries, led by the deputy prime ministers, paid mutual visits to Azerbaijan and Armenia, got acquainted with the transport routes and infrastructure," Hajizade detailed. He added that the next meeting in the '3+3' format is also planned in Azerbaijan.
