On October 10, the RA NA Vice President Ruben Rubinyan received the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Oriental Republic of Uruguay to Armenia Silvana Lesca Barolin.
Welcoming the Ambassador, Ruben Rubinyan noted that Uruguay is one of the best friendly countries of Armenia.
Issues regarding the development of inter-parliamentary cooperation and collaboration in a number of areas were discussed.
