Sargis Galstyan, who remained in Stepanakert after the depopulation of Nagorno-Karabakh, was arrested while moving to Armenia. The Press Secretary of the Chairman of the Investigative Committee informed 'Lurer' that Galstyan is accused of espionage, detention was chosen as a preventive measure.
Earlier we informed that on March 29 two persons were transferred from Nagorno-Karabakh to Armenia accompanied by the International Committee of the Red Cross. According to 'Lurer', they are husband and wife: Sargis Galstyan and Margarita Shahnazaryan.
