Azerbaijan agreed in Prague to continue the meetings in a quadrilateral format, Marukyan
Edmon Marukyan, Armenia’s Ambassador-at-Large referred to the refusal by Baku to participate in quadrilateral format meeting in Brussels on December 7.
“Azerbaijan agreed in Prague to continue the meetings in a quadrilateral format. It’s logical that the format of the meeting and composition of participants must be the same. Therefore we hope that the meeting will take place in Brussels together with Emmanuel Macron and Charles Michel”, Marukyan Tweeted.
