Tensions and violence around Nagorno-Karabakh inching up, as world’s focus is centered on unspeakable horror in Ukraine, Carey Cavanaugh, former US Co-Chair of the OSCE Minsk Group, wrote on his Twitter.
"Ceasefire violations increasing, plus gas pipeline that provides heat to the region was recently damaged," Cavanaugh wrote.
He reminded that a total of 1,960 Russian peacekeepers are deployed here.
