U.S. Vice President Kamala Harris announced nearly $53 million in new humanitarian assistance from the United States government, through the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) to Poland to support the Ukrainian refugees. US Vice President Kamala Harris announced during the joint press conference with Polish Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki.
“In a very short period of time, Poland has accepted 1,5 million refugees, including those from Ukraine. We intend to continue to support Poland”, the official mentioned.
