The Polish politician Tomasz Lech Buczek has organized a petition to sue Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev in the Hague.
The politician wrote on his Facebook page: "The petition was signed by 126,176 people. The collection of signatures is officially over. This is the voice of the people who want to bring Azerbaijan to justice in the International Court of Justice".
According to Buczek, this petition was created on September 27, 2020, when Azerbaijan attacked Artsakh.
He collected facts about war crimes committed by Azerbaijan against Armenians in Artsakh. In total, the 40-page document, which will be published in 1,000 or 2,000 copies, depending on the funds raised, will be sent to international organizations and politicians.
The Polish politician stressed that his work is dedicated to prisoners of war in Azerbaijan, demanding their release.
