On his Facebook page the RA Ombudsman has posted several pictures as part of the second report of the Ombudsman of Artsakh and mentioned:
"Azarbaijani military forces carry out systemic and widespread targeted attacks against Artsakh (Nagorno Karabakh) peaceful settlements and civilians, including children, journalists; they commit atrocities and apply terror inspiring means by using cluster munitions since Septmber 27, 2020.
All these duly are documented with necessary analysis in the 2nd interim report of the Human Rights Ombudsman of Artsakh Mr. Artak Beglaryan on Azerbaijani Atrocities against Artsakh Population in September-October 2020".
