Balochistan Home Minister Sarfraz Bugti said: "The blast occurred after a number of lawyers and some journalists had gathered at the hospital following the death of the president of the Balochistan Bar Association Advocate Bilal Anwar Kasi in a separate shooting incident early this morning”, Express Tribune reports.
The casualties included lawyers and journalists.
Quetta is one of the troubled places in Pakistan, with occasional terror attacks between “Tehrik-i-Taliban Pakistan” movement Taliban fighters and the local separatist groups.
